Since 2020, Mama Rosa's has been dedicated to bringing the authentic flavors of Tunisia to our community through our traditional mlewi and chapati mahdia. What started as a passionate dream to share these beloved Tunisian street foods has quickly become a local treasure.

The Rosa family specializes exclusively in these two traditional Tunisian flatbreads, perfecting each recipe with time-honored techniques passed down through generations. Our mlewi - a flaky, layered flatbread - and chapati mahdia - a soft, tender flatbread from the coastal city of Mahdia - represent the heart of Tunisian street food culture.
